Pastacraft is a woman-founded brand that makes premium pasta sauce starters: dry, concentrated sauce bases you finish with butter or olive oil and pasta water for a scratch-quality sauce in minutes. Founded by Christine Messier, a mom and 17-year natural foods industry veteran, Pastacraft launched in January 2026 with three flavors: Cacio e Pepe, Miso Butter and Aglio e Olio.
